Information we collect
- Review submissions: first name, last initial, state, country, rating, review text, usage details, and any photos or videos you choose to upload.
- Verification data: your order email and order number, used only to confirm a purchase and assign a Verified Buyer badge. Your email and order number are never displayed publicly.
- Technical data: to prevent spam and duplicate "helpful" votes, we store a one-way hashed version of your IP address — never the raw IP.
How we use information
- To publish and display approved reviews.
- To verify purchases and assign Verified Buyer badges.
- To moderate content and prevent fraud, spam, and abuse.
- To respond to contact inquiries.
Service providers
We use trusted processors to operate the platform, which may include Supabase (database, authentication, and media storage), Shopify (order verification), Klaviyo (review-request emails), and an email provider for transactional messages. These providers process data on our behalf under their respective terms.
Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary to operate the site and to keep administrators signed in. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of a review you submitted by contacting us. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
